After much begging from friends and family, I have finally started our blog :)! I wanted to start this blog so that our family and friends can follow our new journey in Dover. Since our family and friends are spread throughout the US and world now this will be a great chance for everyone to see what happens on a daily basis with the Black's :)! These past few years have been adventure filled, with getting married, moving three times, Andrew getting his wings and graduating from Pilot training and now living the dream in Dover! Andrew is loving flying the C-17 and enjoying getting to travel the world. I am enjoying meeting new friends, hanging out with old ones and starting our new lives in the "real" Air Force. I have enjoyed getting to know the other spouses in our Squadron and have even taken a position on the OSC (Officers Spouse Club) board. I love our new house on base and love all of our neighbors, it's a very tight-knit community. Besides that Andrew and I have done a lot of traveling, from day trips to Rehoboth Beach, to taking trips to Philly and Annapolis to going back to the Naval Air Station in Maryland where I was born. The next few posts will be catching y'all up on our journey to Dover and then I will start catching y'all up on daily life here in Dover! We love living in Delaware (the Small Wonder state) and feel so blessed that God brought us here. It's such a wonderful place to live and so close to so many amazing places. Until next time!
Happy Landings,
